Tour of vineyard and cellar with tasting

We will walk together through the rows of vines, talk about soil management and vine training methods. In the cellar we will taste the wines directly from the vats, we will evaluate the differences between the different vintages to fully understand the evolution of the wine. Three wines and the oil will be tasted in the tasting room.
